**Dark Espresso Balsamic Vinegar**
This aged Balsamic is amazingly complex with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. It makes a fantastic glaze or B-B-Q base for pork, beef or chicken and is exquisite used in an "affogato float", which calls for one part espresso balsamic to four parts vanilla bean ice cream or gelato.
